Android Revolution is currently the most popular Rom for the original HTC One. Developer "Mike1986" has now released his Rom to the M8. It just so happens that this is the first ever rom for the HTC One M8. This is based on Kit Kat 4.4.2 and is built on Sense 6.0. This Rom gives you the stock look and feel of HTC Sense, there are plenty of customization options coming to this rom which will be featured in the Sense Toolbox which wasn't quite ready at the time of release of this rom. There are plenty of custom tweaks to improve performance as if Sense could run any faster on the M8. The Rom is very fast, clean, and stable. This is indeed a daily driver rom. This rom does include the stock kernel.
Features include removal of software CPU rendering. You get full Snapdragon 801 GPU rendering, root access, unsecured boot.img, Ram optimizations, improved virtual memory management, bloatware removed, all system apps updated to the latest available version, improved CPU governors performance, fully deodexed, disabled kernel debugging for better performance, improved battery life, adobe flash player support, and much more. To run this rom you will need an HTC One M8 that has the bootloader unlocked via HTCDev, S-ON or S-OFF, and custom recovery installed. Head to the link below for the download.
