I just bought this app from the market.. its a great app for Fire/EMS sched. The calender allows for shift trades and vacation days to be entered. Also the developer is very open to suggestions.

Has in the works tracking swap/trade time Vacation/Sick time as well

Due to extensive programing because of the number of schedules that are out there, the week of Jan. 11-17 2010 will be the last week to purchase the app for $3.99 on Jan. 18th 2010 it will be raised to $5.99. Those that already have the application will not have to pay the addtional cost.
