Find my car

Can someone tell me how to mark your car with the Droid M and how to use the mark to navigate back to it on foot.

I have found an app named "Find my Car" but it was less than impressive.

I would really like to use the built in gps system.

I'd try different apps like that. Also, you can simply note the address where your car is and use the native GPS directions for that. Or, you can just simply remember where you put your car?
