wow - you must have had something rogue running in the background. I got a full day out of my original battery and now get two full days out of my extended battery.

I can get anywhere from 4-8 hours on a charge, depending on use. One hour drain definitely indicates something was running and possibly searching for a signal the whole hour.

I feel you dude!

My Original Droid's battery dies in 4-5 hours even when the phone in a sleep mode. I'm carrying 4 spare batteries.

Anywayz, Just ordered Thunderbolt, hopefully the battery will last longer than 4-5 hours.

I would go to settings/about phone/battery use and see what's been using your battery.
