I just recieved a notification for an update, went to install the update where my phone was automatically rebooted, and then when it booted back up it said "update failed." I have a rooted phone with Titanium Backup Pro and have some apps frozen. Could this be the issue? If not, what is wrong? Thanks.

Yes, the reason the update failed is because of your frozen bloatware. I believe you have to unfreeze the bloatware to get the update too work.

You may want to look into to something to retain root, idk alot about rooting, so sorry I can't help with that part.

Just unfreeze everything and apply the update. If it removes root you can just reroot it using the droid4 utility. It worked for me.
