Failed Rooting

i tried rooting my phone via the method here http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-labs/74028-root-droid-1-regardless-os-version.html but it won't go to step 11 and allow me to go to the recovery mode instead just bringing me back to the bootloader and the OS won't load either. thanx for the help

EDIT: disreguard this question i figured it out
