I'm trying to restore my Razr M Retail Edition to factory JB/ICS. RSDLite 6.14 works fine and recognizes my device when I boot into fastboot, all up to date drivers, Windows 7 64, etc.. I am using the firmware files from here: Droid-Developers SBF. When I try to start the process it gives me an error "failed flashing process gpt_main0.bin", which is the 1st step in the .xml file (yes I've removed all the getvar/oem lines). Basically it just won't go through the process even though I have everything set up.
The only thing I can think of is that in fastboot it doesn't say "OK to Program", only "Battery OK" and "usb connected". Also it says "Device is LOCKED". Could this be the issue?
