Factory restored...Lost all my apps... Now what?

So, after I did the factory restore, after I got ics, I lost all of my apps, but seem to have gotten a butt load of new apps, that I will never use.
Is there any way to get my apps back?
Will these new apps effect the way my phone works?

All the apps you have ever used are in your google play market account. Log into your play market account and you will see what are installed and what you have removed.

If you have your Google account set up to stay backed up all of your apps should attempt to reinstall after a FDR. If not as stated above go to your Play Store account via your PC and it will show all of the apps that you have installed. Just reinstall from there. Kinda of a pain but you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes.
