No it will not unroot your phone. It will erase your settings, any apps you downloaded, and removes your accounts from the phone.

Will it put any apps i have deleted back or do i have to do that manually

When you sign back in to your account they should sync to your market and begin downloading. It doesn't always work though so you may have to do it manually.

same issue here.. I need to restore deleted apps bloatware.. looking for a image link to re-flash my phone back to factory... no luck so far.. getting frustrated..
