Facebook updated now always in my running apps and couple other app questions

Root and use antTek app manager. I have yet to see any of these problems, since I'm still on probably the last good iteration of the Facebook app (1.5.2). It does have a bad habit of giving me phantom messages, where I get notifications for nonexistent messages. That's only if I decide to start the app though, otherwise, it stays silent and remains not running.
