Facebook contacts with normal contacts

I just recently found out i can go into folders and pull out everyone on my face book who has there phone on it and out it into a folder ( got droid yesterday)

but is there a way i can import them directly into my contact list not a seprate folder?

thanks in advance. im just learning how to use this computer ahh i mean phone? its kinda a mini comp ha ha i LOVE it.
