Yea I saw that. I think its a bunch of bullpoop. I did some research on his incedent and I found out that his battery is intact and is not damaged. There's nothing else in here that can "blow up".

I also saw pictures of it. All it is is a droid 2 with a cracked screen that happens to have been dropped at the earpiece and some random guy trying to make money off of motorola. I hope he looses and gets in trouble for falsifying a case like this.
