Exchange Services using major amount of cache on Razr Maxx

I'm having an issue with my Razr Maxx where it's using mass amount of cache. I get system memory low often. I have to
clear both phone cache and app cache to keep phone running. I also have already done the .215 update hoping it would help but no different.
