I use Touchdown myself.

The usual suspects: Touchdown, RoadSync, Moxier. There are others as well.

Touchdown seems good for me. At least I can flag the email but the build in email cannot to do that.

I used the Corporate email app for almost a year. I have a rooted Droid and swap roms frequently. In December the mail.apk was modified and Exchange does not work. I purchased Touchdown. Excellent app. You can try it for 30 days free.

if i use touchdown, should i need to remove the corp exchange account?

I want to use the corp calendar bcoz it can show multi calender but touchdown cannot.

I did not remove mine but I did disabled the notification
