Exchange Email help

Hi All,

new to the forum, so thanks in advance for any help. just changed over from BB Bold to Droid Pro.

If using Exchange based email, how can i make my folders stay open, so I don't have to re-open subfolders every time i am filing a message?

i'm using exchange based email, so i guess it's the stock email client. trying to figure out how to keep folders open (like BlackBerry) and how to make my notifications "chime" more than once.
