Droid frg22d update stops syncing with exchange 2010 - Verizon Wireless Community

Apparently I'm not the only one with elevated frustration.

Short version of the story:

- Spent hours on the phone w/Moto & Verizon explaining that my OG Droid will no longer connect to ActiveSync w/ Exchange 2010 SP1.

- Verizon & Moto both admit problem.

- Moto says they're working on it. Verizon says to pay $44.95 a month and it will work.

- If I hear one more "supervisor" tell me that it's my problem, and to either pay more, or use TouchDown ($20 app that sucks by the way) I am going to start a class action. Yes, I have the money, and no, I'm not bluffing.

- Please post your woes on this forum as I am starting a case # with the BBB on this matter and I need as much ammo. as possible.

-- for the record -- I know I could just root, flash a rom, then patch the email.apk file with some modified code...alas, not everyone is that savvy...and this is about PRINCIPLE!
