Estrongs Question - Folders Aren't Writeable On PC

I have a Windows 7 pc and the folders say not writable under properties in Estrongs, any ideas why or how to fix it?

I gave up on trying to create writable public or workgroup shares and also with getting Homegroup to work on Windows 7 in any way, shape, or form other than fail, fail, mcFail, and I'm sorry, you fail. I have a D-Link NAS that works perfectly with everything and I just centralize anything I want to share there.

Whoever created homegroup needs to be forced to use PocketPC 2003 for the next decade. Whoever did the regression testing in Win7 on SMB sharing needs to be reduced to a cup and string.
