EStrongs File Manager-backup ALL apps?

I know Astro will do all, but I cannot figure out how to do all in EStrongs. I can do 1, but cannot see how to select all. Thanks for any help.

When you are in the apps section, long press on one of them and choose Select All, long press again and choose Backup. Should get it all!
