ESPN App pauses after X minutes

I have the ESPN App, it starts right up, but after about 20 minutes it pauses and I have to hit the screen and it buffers up again and works fine, for about 10 minutes. Rinse and repeat.

Any ideas. Newbie. Vanilla Droic X Verizon.
