Enkin : Where is it now?

For those that remember when Android was first rolling out, there was an interesting app called Enkin in the works that was being entered in the Google Android Developer Challenge. Their blog :

They lost, however :
"We have been contacted by Google separately and they, too, are excited about our project."

A long time has passed since then and it came to memory to see if it was on the marketplace after getting my Droid last Friday. I was surprised to not see it there.

Has anyone heard anything of it since then?
