embedded video playback problems

seems more and more sites are using small video embedded within their pages. my razr hasn't been real good at playback. any thoughts why? ur help is much appreciatedS.

The videos may be flash-based, which could cause unresponsive video. A fix for flash problems is uninstalling the flash that came with the phone and going to Adobe's website and downloading the app from there. I had no usable flash video player, did this and had flash working after that. This may help you.
