Emails

So my gmail accounts updates and notifies me asap but my comcast has stopped updating and notifying me asap i have to open then refresh to get new emails. Y and how do i fix. My synch is set to every 15 minutes. I get about 20 emails an hour so i know i getting them i just have to refresh my synch

I had the same issue. Verizon said to unistall and reinstall comcast email. It works but you have to do it about every 2weeks. Looking for a better solution too
