Emailing MMS/TEXT COMPLETE THREADS

Hello,
I've owned a Motorla Droid A855 since January. I would like to know how to:

- Be able to email myself a FULL Messaging thread conversation- Full conversations.
(Before the Droid, I had a Samsung Omnia which allowed me to copy the whole converstation, then I'd forward it to my email) With the Droid A855 I find that I can only copy or forward each text individually.

- I'd also like to know how I can do a REPLY All to my group texts.
(Again with my Samsung Omnia I was able to)

I would try "sms backup" free from the market for sending full conversations to you email. (ive used this app for backing them up, never have i sent them. Although i just checked and its very capable of doing so)

you can also try downloading "contacts group u" free from the market also to send group text messages. You can also Try "handcent" from the market. Its a whole new texting program, it works well. try those options, hopefully they can be of some help to you!

Thanks so much for your reply.... I did download the GMAIL SMS Backup + which was perfect because it backed up all my texts to my gmail, which then I was able to open & print out.

As for the Contacts GroupU, it basically does what I am already able to do. I can send to a group text, BUT I cannot do Reply all. All my replies end up being individual still =(

Oh I now see what your objective was on the reply messaging. Ya I am not sure on that one. Im glad the backup worked well for you! Your welcome

Hi there. I am new to the site and had some questions. I to was wondering how to send text to e-mail and I did the SMS backup but when I check in my gmail account, there is nothing there. I sent them to my e-mail address but it doesn't give all the MUCh needed info.

What I am looking for is a way to print the tex but I also need it to show the # it was sent to and the # received from. (i.e. if my mom sent me a text, I want the printout to show that it came from her mobile #, to my mobile # and what was stated in the text message). Does anyone know how this can be done?
