Email to navigation application

I am a volunteer FF. I now get our dispatches sent to our phones as an email within Gmail. Does anyone know of an application that would pick the address out highlight it let me click and open the navigation application.

How would the app recognize addresses automatically? Formatting varies so much that it would be extremely difficult.
