Email setup for Embarqmail...need help!

I'm trying to setup a personal email account from Embarqmail. I am able to receive emails but unable to send. Any suggestions???

Incoming: pop.embarqmail.net (also tried - pop.embarqmail.com)
Port: 110

Outgoing: smtpauth.embarqmail.net (also tried - smtpauth.embarqmail.com)
Port 587

I used this when setting up Embarqmail on my Uncle's Droid.

Incoming: pop.embarqmail.com
Port: 110

Outgoing: smtp.embarqmail.com
Port 587

But then again he only checks his emails, and I haven't tried to send any.

remove the pop and see if that makes a difference

You may have him look on his computer to check the settings. According to my google search, the pop.embarqmail.com etc seems correct. Be certain his full address username@embarqmail.com is in for the username, and password. Same for outgoing.
