email push over wi fi only?

Cant seem to find this anywhere, so sorry if its a repost, but is there a way to make it so that email pushes over wifi only? I go into settings and only see options for never, 15, 30 minutes and then an hour. Am I missing something?

In the gmail app there is a "download attachements only on wifi" option but I don't believe you can make the entire account do that.

It's kind of against the point, but you could go to settings - accounts open the email and turn sync off. Then you can sync only when you want to.

Go has a power widget I like (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gau.go.launcherex.gowidget.gopowermaster) that allows you to bundle a group of settings (like wifi on, sync on, data off, etc), give it a name, and then a single button for toggling on or off a group. What I do is create a group of settings for "out" vs. "home" and then switch between them as needed. In your case you can set sync to only turn on when wifi is on, or something similar. Of course that may be too much work and not very elegant, especially on an S4.
