Maybe I'm an idiot, but I need some help. My TB downloaded some update two nights ago and now I can't open any emails. They sync properly, but when I go to open them they are all just blank emails. Even old ones that I've previously read. Any ideas?

Tried that. Didn't have any luck. I can view them in the gmail app but not in the HTC mail app. Just annoying.

Having problems with sending email. The email goes through, but the text in the body of the email is not showing up on the receiving end.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

What email client are you using, gmail, email, or a third party email client?

I had this same problem with my tablet and also read it on this forum with hotmail, I believe for the Razr stock email app...so I think it is a common problem with Android. The solution for the hotmail was to set it up as a corporate email account. I apologize that I do not remember what the specific server settings were. I know that was important and it fixed the problem for me. I will see if I can find that thread.

Found it:

"If you want push and html, you have to set up your hotmail/live/msn account as corporate sync.
The settigns are as folllows:
* server: m.hotmail.com
* use secure connection: yes
* username*: "\" followed by your full email address -ie: "\[email protected]"
* Password: [enter yours here]
You may not need the "\" -I've always had to use this in my moto phones, but don't recall if I had to use this on the HTCs, samsungs and LGs I've had"

No FDR. the stock email app doesn't work real well. Try either K9 or the actual Yahoo app.
