Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I have an Exchange email account synced with my phone. I have my notification boxes all checked in the settings. My notification is set to the "major" tone in the sound settings. However, when I receive an email, it makes a different tone, and I can't change it.
I've changed my notification tone to other sounds, rebooted the phone, and still no luck.
Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
