email issue

All of a sudden it has stopped working correctly. I have it set to check every 5 minutes and it does not seem to be checking at all unless I intiate "load messages"

I checked to make sure all the settings are correct and they are. Nothing has changed with either the phone or my email.

This is an email address for me @MyCompany.com if that makes a difference.

Try clearing the cache and data from your email app.

Thanks. I was using the pre-installed and do not see where one can clear the cache' but I downloaded K-9 and it works fine. I also like how K-9 has a different color notification light to seperate from text messages.
