Email: Can the HTML version be the default?

In my email program, anytime an email arrives that can be read via HTML, a small box appears that says 'Get HTML Version'. I can press it and it will reload via HTML formatting.

How do I get this to occur by default? I didn't see any setting that would allow for this.
