Ecollege app. Can I get some help?

I want to make an app for my school. I go to devry university and wanted to make an app to where the user logs in and can check their grades, assignment, turn in my work, etc.

I would rather have a myscribe app. I'm at DeVry as well and this would come in real handy if possible.
