easytether and pdanet with windows 7

I have a zte warp.... i have 2 computers.... a windows xp and windows 7 os.

Both pdanet and easytether work with my windows xp, but i can not get them to work with the windows 7 computer. Anyone run into similar issues.... im sure this isnt a droid issue, but rather a win7 issue since i have no issues with xp.

Anyone find this problem and what did you do to fix it?

No help for you. My laptop is Vista (cough, cough) and wife's is Win 7. PDAnet worked on both for me on my OG and Bionic. But I haven't used PDAnet in forever since I found Foxfi
