Easy Root Vs Manual?

I just purchased a second thunderbolt for my wife. I had no issues doing a manual root. Should i try the easyroot or should i do the manual..
basically is there any advantage or disadvantage between the two.

None...Both do the same thing.

I almost did the Easy Root today but decided I'd be the guy who bricked the TB so I did my taxes instead. Maybe I should have rooted my TB afterall.
