The other day I pulled one of my earphones out after listening to music and one them was completely detached and hanging on a wire. It has been less than a month so I knew I had the worryfree guarantee and thought they would give me grief since I ordered it online but the vzw store exchanged it nobproblem. So for those that are new to ordering online, always keep the receipt you get from confirmation because it will save you a big headache.:icon_ banana:
