E mail light notification problem.

I am not getting light notification for emails even though I have it checked in both the email settings and the general G4 sound and notification setting. Sounds work fine and the light notification works fine for text messages received. Anyone else having this problem and does anyone know a fix?

I use this app (the paid version) for LED notifications - LED Blinker Notifications Lite - Android Apps on Google Play ...I don't generally rely on the built in LED function plus I like to be able to customize the light color and such.

Is it working okay on your G4? I don't use Gmail but rather "regular" email accounts from Outlook on my computer.

Yes, LED notifications are working for all that I have set...the app I mentioned, you can add "user defined apps" if they are not listed in the default list.
