E Mail - can receive but not send

With my work e mail I can receive e mails on my DX but I can not send, why is that?

Probably using the wrong port on your SMTP. Are you using exchange or some other protocol?

This is like when you have a toothache and you go to the denist and then the toothache goes away, because I just tried it again and it sent, all the other times I tried to send I got a message that said message could not be sent. My work account is an IMAP e mail program, but it seems to be working now.

Check and see if your on port 25, if you are, try changing it to port 587

i'm having the opposite problem.

i set up corporate email and i can sent from my device, but i can't receive messages.

Any suggestions?
