Duplicate Folders in Photo Albums

For the most part I love the droid pro...but i've noticed that when I save pictures from my emails, and transfer them to my photo album...it is creating double folders and double the pictures. While using a file manager program, you cannot see the extra folders, they only appear when viewing the actual Photo Album.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
