DroidX replacement today Email Calendar Issue

My two month old DroidX went bad so they sent me a new one today. No not a knew one but a refurbished one. I hate it when they do that. I think at least the first 90 days you should get another new one.

Irregardless it is what it is but my Corporate Email and Calendar are not working properly, contacts are.

I added the account with no problems, was told successful and all the folders filled in, got my contacts but my calendar did not update nor can I send out emails. I set the account to be the default but sending out email or getting my calendar does not work. On my previous DroidX I had no problems syncing anything and in fact did it a couple of times.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong??
