Droidx Exchnage sync only 1 way..

Hey All,

Having a weird issue with my X.

Corporate sync to Exchange 2010 Server:
Contacts sync is fine (two way sync)
Email sync is fine (two way sync)
Calendar is only syncinig one way.. to phone is fine, appointments entered on the phone are not making it to the server.

I have deleted and re-created the account on the phone 2 times and no change.

Was using a D1 before and all was fine.

Anyone else had this happen or heard about this issue?

I am having a similar problem with my Droid 2. New calendar items input on my Droid 2 are showing up in my Google Apps calendar and on Outlook on my PC. Items input into my Outlook calendar on my PC are showing up in my Google Apps calendar but are NOT showing up on my Droid 2 Calendar.
