I got it from the Market few weeks ago...have you tried to get it from the links members posted on the first page?

This is legit if you go to the developer site it shows it was on the market. It may have been pulled; I know the reason espn did not release an official app was because they complained about apps popping up using their name and likeness and google not pulling it.
