Okay, so, yesterday I was walking to work and came across a huge issue for me - whenever I would have music playing and try to lock my screen, the phone would just restart. At first I thought it would just be an issue with the mediaplayer I Was using, however after swapping from meridian to winamp it still gives me the same issue. I like my phone sofar and do not really want to return it and go back to iPhone however music is a big thing I use my phone for. This coupled with a very subpar battery life is making me seriously think about swapping phones. Now my question is this - how can I go about fixing this? I already tried reseting the phone (not a factory reset yet as i have to get home to do that, so i dont lose my contacts and try to get my music back on here), and tried multiple other media players.
I can sort of live with the battery, however losing nearly half of my battery in a little less than 3 hours is a bit annoying. Any help is appreciated
