Droid4 ICS root help!! :((

guysssss i need help :c when i try to root my phone it says something like "The system cannot find the path specified" its weird to me because before i had the Droid4 i had the Droid2 and it rooted with out a problem can anyone helppp me D: please and thank you. what do i need adb drivers for my droid 4? cant seem to find any
