Droid Z shutting down

Randomly shuts itself off... Regardless of what I'm doing, battery fully charged... Really no pattern.
Any thoughts??

Have you tried clearing the system cache? Any new app updates lately that might be running wild in the background? Have you tried running in Safe Mode for a while?
