Droid X Vibration WEAK!

The ONLY complaint I have about my new Droid X is the vibration level - it is rare that I can hear it or feel it. Anyone else experiencing the same?
 
Noticing the same thing son my droid2 :(
Really kind of a bummer as due to work I can't use sound notifications :(
