Droid X upgrade and Clockwork recovery?

I am trying to download and install Gingerbread OTA but it keeps failing. I unrooted and removed all root apps and it still will not install. I have tried 3 times now. On the 3rd time it booted up to Clockworkmod recovery. Do i need to remove it? If so then how?

Or if you want...install one of the rooted versions from mydroidworld. No root on the ota from verizon.
