Why would you? If you already have wifi why put the X in between the connection? Run the 360 off the wifi.

i dont have any right now. i was seeing if i could use the droid x to run it.

yes but i dont really reccomend it if youre paying for the plan, if youre using a tether app then yea its ok, because one game in MW2 uses about 40 MB down and 60 MB up, so 100 MB per game

No root=no wifi tethering unless you're paying the monthly $20 hotspot fee.
