If the phone is not in a operable state then no i don't know of any way to check. As long as your battery was mostly charged you can try something if you like. Try SBFing with the .605 file, when thats complete, wipe data and try to reboot. If it works, great. If you see the bootloader screen and it says Mem_Pack Blank then you were on .621 and need to use the 2nd link I gave you.

Maybe i read that wrong, you already SBF'd with .621 and the phone is on now?

Oh, I am positive I was on .621. I was referring to android version 2.3.3

Oh lol ok. Well if you were on .621 then your android version could only be 2.3.4. It is completely possible that you were on 2.3.3 before but there was an update. There isn't much that can be done about it now.
