Droid X Screen in Droid X2

I used to have a Droid X. Then, my friend upgraded to the Droid Razr and gave me his X2. I like the dual core, but the pentile display is a killer. Since I still have my old droid x, i want to know if the droid X screen work in a droid X2.

I have both and I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be swappable since they are exactly the same size, but the connectors could be different. You need to try to find pictures of both and/or visit the fine people over at XDA for assistance.
In my opinion its not worth it, the screen on the X is a little cleaner/clearer looking but the screen on the X2 is ten times easier to see outside and in direct sunlight (it can be blinding in the dark if your eyes are not adjusted). When people see it they are usually amazed. Plus I don't know if it was the dual core processor that made the difference but the battery life was better when they were both on gingerbread side by side.
