Droid X Overclock Profile, what's the % value?

Title says it all. When you setup a profile in Droid X Overclock, there's a percentage #... What the heck is it for? I don't want to start using the profiles until I know for sure what that number means! Its says 'priority' but that does mean anything to me! Thanks!
