Droid x freezing

I know this probably been asked before but does anyone one know how to stop my dx from being unresponsive? My phone will just freeze then the screen will go black and won't turn on then all of a sudden the honey comb bootanimation shows up on my dx. Its like it freezes when I turn the screen on and off to many times.

I mean it happens as well to me. I would also like to know if there is a fix or something.... sorry should have wrote it out.

I installed the Log Collector app for this reason, but not sure what I am looking for, usually after a battery pull.
Any ideas on how to use this?

Never heard of that app I think the droid x goes.in a panic.mode when you use the phone to much then it over heats which causes it to be unresponsive.
